Terms at 143 Horner Ln

Looking for someone to take over my lease for this property, ideally in early June (move-in date is flexible). If interested, you would pay a $60 application fee to the property mgmt company; if they accept, you would then pay a $500 security deposit and sign a sublease agreement. You would have the option to sign a yearly lease with the property management company once the sublease term is over. The owner & property mgmt company are very strict on NO PETS. Property maintenance, including mowing & snow removal, is done by the property mgmt company and they have been great so far.
