Lease Terms & Requirements * Monthly Rent: $2,000 * Security Deposit: $2,000 * Application Fee: $30 per adult (18+) who will reside in the home. * Applicants must provide proof of income showing a minimum monthly income of 2.5 times the rent. * Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is payable via ACH or direct deposit. Utilities Utilities (water, gas and electricity) may be transferred into the tenant's name, or they may remain in the owner's name to help avoid utility connection fees. If utilities remain in the owner's name, the monthly utility charges for Water , Gas and electricity will be added to the rent and must be paid in full with the rent on the 1st of each month. Pets Pets are welcome with a $300 pet deposit. All pets must be housebroken, well-behaved, and cared for responsibly. Any damage caused by pets is the tenant's responsibility. Smoking Policy Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home. Property Maintenance To help keep the home in excellent condition, the owners will perform quarterly inspections. During these visits, HVAC filters will be replaced, routine maintenance will be completed as needed, and the property will be inspected for any repairs or maintenance concerns. Landscaping Tenants are responsible for maintaining the lawn and landscaping throughout the lease. For added convenience, the owner can provide landscaping services for an additional $35 per month. This is a well-maintained home, and we are looking for tenants who will take pride in caring for it as if it were their own.
