There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A late check-out fee of up to $300 may be incurred if guests stay beyond the scheduled 10:00 AM check-out time. Guests are responsible for refilling propane for the grill. The home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Violations of house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and/or monetary fines. A dedicated workspace is available within the home to support your remote work needs.
