Tenants pay for all utilities: garbage, sewer/water, electricity, gas, internet, etc. Lawn must be kept mowed & neat and trim and all gardens, driveway & sidewalk areas free of weeds, leaves and grass. Ethanol-run lawn mower shared with next door renters. Sprinkler system in yard. Driveway for parking of 2 vehicles, tenants only. Garage and behind garage is not part of rental. Walks and sidewalk in front of house must be kept clear of snow in winter (per city requirements) or tenants may be cited. Garbage disposal in kitchen sink may not be used or have anything go down it except water. If food goes down it can cause basement pipe to burst in which renters would be liable. Each renter must show proof of rental insurance for the year. NS, ND. Rental available July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. 1 year lease. Both first month's rent and security deposit must be paid on possession of rental property along with proof of rental insurance. Rent is due the first day of the month.
