*Available on a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month lease, or negotiable month-to-month basis. Monthly rent is $2800, due on the day of each month and payable via Zelle or direct bank ACH transfer. A 5-day grace period applies. Rent is considered late on the 6th day. A $150 late fee will apply. Continued non-payment may result in formal notice to vacate in accordance with Pennsylvania law. Tenant may be responsible for court costs and legal fees associated with collection or eviction proceedings, to the extent permitted by law. A signed furnished rental agreement is required for all stays of 30 days or longer. Utilities included are electricity and high-speed internet. Water and gas service is separately metered and paid directly by the tenant. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit. No pets are permitted. Tenant agrees to maintain a quiet and respectful environment. Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are not permitted.
