**Owner pays water bill, all other utilities covered by tenant and must remain in tenants name for duration of lease. **NO SMOKING of course! **Pets are allowed at landlords discretion, but there is a pet fee of $50 additional per month and a $250 non-refundable deposit **Tenant responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal. **Monthly income must be 3 times the monthly rent, background check required, no prior evictions or collections, no felony convictions, and must have minimum credit score of 580. **Fill out a zillow application if possible, I will also have an application if you do not do the Zillow app and are interested in the property to fill out and hand back to me. With that I will need pay stubs for last 3 months with your name, employers name, showing how much you make per month. **I meet all my potential tenants, so if you like the location and looks of this rental, contact me through zillow messaging, I'm pretty good about responding and we can set up a time to see it. Showings will begin on March 5th, soonest move in date will be March 8th and I will not be accepting anyone who does not want to begin paying/move in by April 1st. I LIVE IN TOWN AND WILL MEET YOU.
