Any extension is subject to the Landlord's written approval and must be agreed to in writing before the current lease expires. * Tenant shall notify the Landlord at least 30 days before the lease expiration date whether they intend to renew the lease or vacate the Property. * A late fee may apply if rent is not received by the due date as specified in the Lease Agreement. * Tenant is responsible for maintaining the Property in a clean and sanitary condition and for promptly reporting any maintenance issues. * Tenant shall use reasonable care when using all furniture, appliances, and household items provided by the Landlord and shall be responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. * Furniture, appliances, and all provided household items shall be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear. * A move-in inspection and a move-out inspection will be completed jointly by the Landlord and Tenant. * The Property is intended for residential use only. Subleasing, short-term rentals (including Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms), and unauthorized occupants are not permitted without the Landlord's prior written consent.
