Approved lease transfer available at The Madison at Canyons in Castle Pines with a target move-in date of 8/15/2026. This is a great opportunity to move into the community with reduced upfront costs. The incoming resident will not be required to pay a new security deposit, as they will assume our existing deposit through the lease transfer process.
