Please prescreen yourself before proceeding. - Renter is responsible for utilities (electric and lawn maintenance). - No smoking allowed. - Prospective tenants must earn 2.8 times the rental amount and provide proof of income (last two bank statements required). - Two references are required: one from a previous property manager and one from your current supervisor. - A $25 admin fee will be charged to process your application after viewing the property. - The security deposit is due in full before moving in: - For credit scores of 525-589: 1.5 to 2 months' rent (refundable post move-out) - For credit scores of 590 or higher: 1 month's rent (refundable post move-out) All adult tenants will undergo a rental application and background check. Open collections, charge-offs, repossessions, and delinquencies may be considered during the credit review. If you meet the requirements and are interested, you may apply online.
