Property can be viewed Monday-Friday 8:30-3:30 just come by the office at 1930 2nd Avenue North, Bessemer 35020, no appointment needed. After you view the interior of the property you can fill out an application. It takes about 2 days to process your application. There is a $35.00 application fee per applicant. The application fee is non-refundable. You must have state issued identification or passport, and proof of all income. The rent amount should not exceed 30% of your monthly income. You must make slightly more than 3 times the rent each month. Paden Realty & Appraisals, Inc., will, under normal circumstances, pull your credit and have your background checked. If you have ever filed for bankruptcy or a previous landlord has filed suit against you, it will show on the reports we pull. It is in your best interest to honestly disclose this to Paden Realty & Appraisals, Inc., when submitting your application.
