The house is a short walk to Rock Creek Park, Target, Giant, Lidl and a number of delicious local restaurants (Thip Khao, Taqueria Habanero). The basement is newly finished and is basically its own apartment with a separate rear entrance, kitchenette, laundry, living room, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. The bedroom gets natural light and measures 10.5'X8'. The room is unfurnished share a full bathroom with 1 roommate. The other available room is upstairs and shares a full bath with 1 roommate. The rooms are move-in ready and the rent includes utilities (trash/water/gas/electric), a monthly cleaning service, and pest control services. Cable/internet not included but shared among roommates. Leases are for a minimum of six months. Unfortunately even though we love them, no pets are allowed.
