Great amenities await you, including a luxury fitness center, a lounge and game room with a pool table, and a stylishly appointed business lounge. Enjoy access to the heated pool with spa cabanas and fire pits, where allowed by season and weather. Pets are welcome, with an additional pet fee of $100-$300 based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in Kierland Commons, this apartment is close to world-class golf courses, hiking trails, and spas. Enjoy the best of Scottsdale, then return for a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and take a dip in the Jacuzzi. The unit is just a short drive away from everything and is even walkable to Kierland Commons. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs; Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not allowed.
