There's plentiful storage in the kitchen, which has slate countertops, a moveable butcher block island, dishwasher, and newer stove/oven. The bedroom offers nice separation from the living area for plenty of privacy, and the bathroom has a newer shower head and vanity, and houses the newer, stacked in-unit washer/dryer. The location is ideal, so you'll have everything you need within a few blocks from your front door. The NS Streetcar line runs right past the building, and you can walk to all the Pearl hot spots, like Andina, Brix Tavern, River Pig, Sisters Coffee, and much more. Grocery shopping is made easy with Safeway only a block away and New Seasons several blocks away. You'll also have access to Fields Park and tranquil Tanner Springs Park. Pet policy: Cats and dogs allowed Smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited on the entire premises Tenant pays for electricity and internet. (Fiber internet options are available for a fee.) The HOA takes care of garbage and water/sewer. The open application period begins 7/11/26 at 4:51PM. Applications received before the open application period will receive an 8-hour penalty. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received. If multiple tenants are applying for a unit, the application is considered complete once all parties have submitted. - SECURITY DEPOSITThe security deposit for this property will be at least equal to one month's rent. Based on the results of the tenant screening process, an additional security deposit may be required.
