6-7 month lease only. Feb 15th end date or earlier. Water, Gas, Electricity, and Internet included. Private walkout security door with deadbolt and peephole for the unit. The entryway has a mudroom with a closet. Washer & Dryer are included in unit for personal use. (Landlord has their own washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.) The Oven, Microwave, Sink/Garbage Disposal, full-size Refrigerator/Freezer, and Dishwasher are included in the kitchen for personal use with no sharing. (Landlord has their own kitchen, bathroom, and living space upstairs.) The unit includes a bedroom with a closet and a living room. There is a large bathroom with a toilet, shower, bathroom fan, wide vanity, tall cabinet, and closet. There is a low ceiling point in the bathroom from a furnace duct, so it is recommended that applicants be 5' 11" or lower unless they are ok ducking their head. Locks are on doors, and the living room barn door has a latch to lock from the inside. The apartment unit shares an air conditioner/furnace with the first floor and is kept cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. Owner parks in the single-lane driveway. On-street parking on camera for tenant. Owner takes care of the lawn work.
