There will be a monthly pet fee or up-front pet deposit. The neighborhood is close to several parks to include Ellington and South Inglewood Park. Renter responsible for water and electric and basic lawn maintenance in the summers. We're looking for a 12 month lease starting Aug. 1 (but could be sooner dependent on current tenants). If the lease were to start mid-month we would pro-rate the first months cost. Security Deposit and First Months rent due. We will start doing walkthroughs of the space the last week of July.
