Lease terms

Flexible lease options of 6 or 12 months are available. Month-to-month tenancy may be offered at a higher rental rate. Lease renewals are subject to landlord approval and may include adjustments based on current market rental rates. SMOKING / DRUG POLICY This is a non smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the home. Any illegal drug activity is strictly prohibited on the premises. GUEST POLICY Guests may not stay for more than 7 consecutive days or 14 total days within any 12 month period without prior written approval from the landlord. RENT & LATE FEE Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $35 late fee will be assessed if rent is not received by 11:59 PM on the 3rd. INTERNET Included Internet service is included as a convenience and is not guaranteed. Service interruptions do not constitute grounds for rent reduction or credit. PET POLICY Qualified service animals and emotional support animals are permitted in accordance with Fair Housing laws and are not subject to pet fees or deposits. All other pets require prior written approval from the landlord. UTILITIES & MAINTENANCE Tenant responsible for gas, electricity, water/sewer, security system, and yard maintenance. Tenant responsible for routine yard care, minor repairs up to $100, and maintaining property in clean condition.
