Please note, this house is available on a first come- First serve basic and is not reserved until the lease is signed by all applicants and security deposit is collected. Application fee might charge you from Zillow ( Third Party) which is not refundable. No bankruptcy, no criminal background, no eviction history. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the house. Tenants should take care of the lawn accordingly. Two months prior notification is required to the landlord regarding extension of the lease before the current lease expires. The landlord will starts eviction process If monthly payment is missed for 15 days. The tenant must have active rental policy all the time during the lease. All utilities must be paid by the tenants. Deposit must be paid on the date of the lease is signed .The first month rent fee must be paid when the key is delivered to the tenants. This contract will be legally bound after only when the landlord receives the deposit.
