Amazing Bayfront New House with Huge Dock and Pool This new construction has everything. This concrete house is waterfront with great views of Bonefish Bay. The 70 foot dock is built in 10-12 foot water. It is frequented by manatee, dolphin, and numerous mangrove snapper. The large heated pool is surrounded by Turkish marble pavers that are cool to your feet. House has double master suites with en suite bathrooms and every necessity to make our home feel like yours. This house has two very large master suites with en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a full and twin beds. The forth bedroom has a full / twin bunkbed. Guest may use entire house except for locked master closets and locked pantry. Guest may use the deck box with patio cushions . The rest are for owner use and locked. The owner's small sailboat and motorboats are not to be used or to be boarded. Parking is limited but it will provide space for four large vehicles. PLEASE READ THIS This home is in a very quiet and family oriented neighborhood and this is not a party house. We want you to have a wonderful time, but we do not tolerate any loud noise and other code violations. Violations will be immediately addressed and you may be asked by the sheriff to leave at anytime, 24/7, per city code. Owner also owns a neighboring property. Guest must return list of adult guest names, vehicle and boat descriptions with license numbers prior to receiving entry into house per city rental regulations. We are unable to negotiate this detail.
