Placed in snap close Tupperware or freezer only taken out on trash day, prevents any rodents Tenant agrees to only dispose of food, food trash, or any wrappers that contained food in the freezer system and take out on trash day ______ Tenant agrees to purchase a large gallon outdoor trash can that has an attached lid and agrees to keep the inside of the trash can clean at all times. ______ Tenant agrees to put trash out on designated trash pick up day. ______ Tenant agrees to seal inside trash containing any food or wrappers that have contained food inside a closed trash bag, snap closed trash receptacle, or inside freezer. This prevents rodents of any kind from being attracted to the apartment area. Food must be kept in some sort of concealed container not in trash. Then on trash day, put it inside the trash bag to help keep out rodents. ______ Tenant agrees that if something they have to throw out has a foul odor, that they will dispose of that trash elsewhere to help keep vermin & smells away from the property. ______ Tenant agrees to NOT throw any loose trash inside the outdoor trash can, to help keep vermin outside of the property. All trash must be put in a large trash bag then placed in a trash can outside. Tenant agrees to clean outside trashcan immediately if outside rashcan get spills dirt or debris to clean out immediately ______ Trash is not to be put outside prior to trash day ______ Tenant agrees that this is a single unit apartment with only one tenant. No visitor staying over 7 days spread out or consistently in a month due to all utilities being included Tenant agrees to no smoking ______ Tenant agrees to a quarterly inspection or an inspection with one day's notice if the landlord suspects the need of an inspection. ______ Tenant agrees that there are no pets allowed unless approved ______ Tenant agrees that not keeping the apartment clean and/or having visitors for extended periods of time breaks the lease agreement and will cause termination of the lease agreement immediately.
