Located on a quiet street just minutes from downtown Truckee, Reno with an international airport is about 30 minutes away, Donner Lake 10 minutes and North Lake Tahoe just 20 minutes. Conveniently located within 15 minutes of 5 major ski resorts ( Squaw, Alpine, Northstar, Sugarbowl, Boreal ) and Tahoe Donner Ski Area and Cross-Country Center is just 5 minutes away. Everything you need for day to day is at the house and available to you. Interior walls freshly painted, newer carpet throughout. This is a two story home with all 3 bedrooms upstairs and has 2 baths. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and is tastefully decorated. The living room is large with 2 sofas and 4 armchairs, 2 with ottomans. There is a wood burning wood stove/fireplace with blower, dining area, a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter, and large laundry room with washer and dryer. The front porch has a table and chairs and the rear porch has an ever so relaxing Jacuzzi hot tub and also a gas BBQ for great grilled meals. Summer months, relax in the hammock for two amongst the tall pines. There is a detached 2 car garage. The master bedroom has a TV and DVD player as well as the living area along with a VHS player. This home is light and bright, very warm and comfy! Cable TV and WI-FI. Stereo/CD player. Come and enjoy all the amenities Tahoe Donner has to offer! Absolutely no smoking in the house. Tenants to reimburse Landlord for cost of using the amenities that is billed in the annual assessment, starting on January 1, 2026. At this point the board has not determined the amount. Use of Tahoe Donner recreation center, hot tubs, saunas and work-out facilities in Winter, as well as pools, private beach club on Donner Lake, tennis and golf ( additional fee ) in Summer.
