This building has four separate one bedroom, one bathroom private apartments with private entrance and dedicated parking areas. They are described as suites, because they do not have a traditional kitchen, instead having a microwave and mini fridge in the unit. As well, all units are fully furnished with bedroom furniture, a wall-mounted 43" color television, dresser, bed, side table, lamp, TV remote and alarm clock. Each unit has its own bed linens, a set of towels, bath mats and a shower curtain are provided for guest use. The prospective tenant may see the unit and once finding it to their liking, may request a rental application which there is no cost to submit. The rental application is only complete with a third party background check being done at the applicant's expense--an online provider of background checks will be suggested to the applicant to be completed prior to a decision to rent. Once accepted, the applicant will be provided a one-year lease, and will be required to make the initial rental payment of the first month and a security deposit of an equal amount.
