Hello! Enjoy the conveniences of living near downtown with the peace of a large grassy lot. Lease term is 12 months then month-to-month. Rent is $1,950 per month plus a security deposit of $1,950 due at signing. Renter is responsible for monthly electricity, water, and sewer, paid through the city, and internet. Owner pays garbage, recycling, and biweekly landscaping. We warmly welcome 1 pet 25lbs or under with a $100 pet fee. Please note the property is newly partially fenced - photos not on Zillow. To apply for the home, please read the following information and click REQUEST TO APPLY. Application details: We do not request a credit report or consumer report, or collect an application fee. The application will request: the full name(s) of all tenants ages 18 and older, number of inhabitants, phone number(s) current address, current landlord contact information to be contacted, employment status, employer contact information to be contacted, proof of minimum income requirement of 2x monthly rent ($3,900) to be verified, Driver's license number(s), pet information, and tenancy history. Your information will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party consumers. Failure to pass any of these requirements may result in a denial of your application. We may require a co-signer on the lease. No RV's or other motor vehicles may be parked on the property at any time. Please use the 2 designated parking spaces behind the property or the open street parking. Not included in photos is a newly built privacy fence on the east (neighbor) side of the property. No structures, campers, or storage units may be built or stored on the property. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside or within 25 feet of the property. No waterbeds allowed. No commercial business may be performed on the property without prior written consent. All trash and refuse must be kept in the receptacles and not on the property. All belongings must be kept inside the house and not on the property. Renter is responsible for keeping the home in the same condition as when they moved in. Renters are responsible for any damages caused by persons or pets on the property during their rental lease term. Renter is responsible for putting recycle and garbage out on designated days. Renter is responsible for timely payment of rent during the lease term. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A $50 late fee will be added for payments made on or past the 5th of each month.
