Lease terms

Applicant/s MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT and income must be a minimum of 2 times monthly rent. A Security Deposit of $1,200.00 is due when lease is signed; 12-month lease is required. Credit, eviction, criminal background checks; income, previous landlord and employment verification will be completed prior to final acceptance of applicant/s. A non-refundable $42.00 credit check and background check fee is due for EACH applicant when application/s are submitted. Only qualified and serious candidates should apply. NON-smoking only. No Pets. Zillow applications are welcomed, however applicant must view property to be considered. Applicant authorizes information obtained from credit report to be used to verify prior residency with current or previous landlord. $45.00 monthly maintenance fee to be included with rent. On site parking is an additional fee of $30.00/month if space is available.
