Lease terms

First month's rent, last month's rent, and a $2,000 security deposit are due at signing. Tenant is responsible for water, sewer, garbage, electricity, internet, and heating costs. The home is heated with oil, and the tenant must establish an account with Sound Oil and keep the tank topped off with quarterly deliveries. The owner will provide lawn mowing every two weeks during the mowing season. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. A maximum of two pets will be considered with owner approval, a meet-and-greet prior to approval, a $1,000 non-refundable pet deposit, and $50 per month in pet rent per pet. All pets must be house trained Off-street parking is available. Applicants must meet income, credit, rental history, and background screening requirements and provide three personal or professional references (no family members). Reusable tenant screening reports are accepted in accordance with Washington law.
