Lease terms

Lease Duration Minimum 6-month lease required. 12-month lease preferred and available. Month-to-month may be considered after initial term with Landlord approval. Monthly Rent & Fees Rent: $2,500/month all utilities included (internet, electric, water) Security deposit: $1,000 Late fee: $50 if rent is not received by the 5th of the month Rent is due on the 1st of each month Utilities All utilities included internet, electric, and water. Tenant pays nothing extra for utilities. Laundry Shared laundry on premises washer and dryer access included at no additional cost. Parking Free off-street parking included. Pets No pets or animals of any kind permitted. Smoking No smoking of any kind inside or on the property including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. Furnished Unit comes fully furnished. No need to bring furniture. Subletting Not permitted without prior written approval from Landlord. Early Termination Tenant remains financially responsible for all remaining months on the lease unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Landlord. Entry by Landlord Landlord will provide at least 24 hours notice before entering the unit for repairs or maintenance. Renter's Insurance Required. Tenant must provide proof of renter's insurance prior to move-in.
