Lease Duration: 12-month lease required. No short-term or month-to-month leases at this time. Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities: Tenant responsible for keeping unit clean and in good condition Tenant responsible for reporting any maintenance issues promptly Tenant responsible for replacing light bulbs and basic consumables No alterations, painting, or modifications without prior written owner approval Tenant Negligence & Misuse Policy: This is a brand new construction unit with new appliances, plumbing, electrical, and fixtures throughout. Tenant is expected to treat the property with corresponding care. Any repair costs resulting from tenant negligence, misuse, or failure to follow proper usage guidelines including but not limited to flushing non-flushable items (wipes, paper towels, etc.), improper disposal of grease down drains, or misuse of appliances will be the sole financial responsibility of the tenant. Normal wear and tear and manufacturer defects remain the owner's responsibility. Tenant agrees to follow all manufacturer guidelines for appliance use and care.
