The cat does not scratch furniture or people and if you're working from home she will constantly come visit you and help you work. About me, I'm a 34yo single guy who lives pretty quietly through the week. I do play the guitar and sing in the impromptu music room in the basement a couple times a week after work or on weekends but am considerate when it comes to when I play and will keep the door closed to help mute the sound. Stepping into the house is a large mudroom leading to the half bath, basement entrance, and furnished living room.
