This unit is approximately 2,200 total square feet spread across four floors (including the garage and floored attic) with approx. 1,100 livable square feet. At this time, we do not allow pets. Our policy on pets is non-negotiable. Our Townhomes were built using quality craftsmanship back in 1983. In 2020, we updated and renovated the interior. Our tenants often comment that they love the location of our townhomes, since they are conveniently located near many medical centers, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and educational facilities (such as science hill high school and the university, ETSU). Unit contains washer/dryer hookups for full a full sized washer and dryer.
