During winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended, especially when traveling over Teton Pass. Ride share services (Uber/Lyft) are limited in the area. Enjoy a peaceful setting while staying close to everything: easy access to Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park, located in a quiet, established Victor neighborhood, close to hiking, skiing, biking, and local dining. This home is an ideal base without the crowds or congestion. It's a 6-minute drive to downtown Victor, 8 minutes to Driggs, 25-30 minutes to Grand Targhee Resort, 45-50 minutes to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and 60 minutes to the main entrance of Grand Teton National Park. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. No events or parties are allowed. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or on the decks. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time. All guests must clean off in the shower/bath before every use of the hot tub. Do not get in the hot tub dirty or wear lotion, sunscreen, or makeup. If the hot tub requires additional cleaning, there is an additional fee. A dedicated workspace is available near the living area.
