Approval of each individual pet must be obtained by the landlord. $300 non-refundable pet deposit up to 2 pets (cats and/or dogs). Other types of pets may be approved on a case by case basis. Other Policies - Maximum two vehicles - Renter's Insurance Required Minimum Qualifications - 3 years good rental history (on-time payments and no violations.) - Combined income of all tenants to be at least 3x monthly rent 2+ years of employment history To Apply Viewing is required prior to filling out an application.
