The kitchen is roomy with plenty of storage. There is hardwood flooring through most of the upper floor and low maintenance flooring in the walk-out lower floor. The lower floor has a separate entrance. Great parks and bike and walking trails but steps away. Also near a major bus route and quick access to I-35 and shopping. Fenced back yard and hillside view. No fee laundry facilities are also provided. There is enough parking for 2 large vehicles in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and 3 on the curb.
I have a small properties business and I stay local and personally manage these properties. I will also provide references if needed. All my properties are in compliances with city of Ames rental codes.
