Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, and an additional $150 per pet if you plan to bring 3 or more pets. An extra guest fee of $19 per guest per night applies after the 6th guest. Visitors are allowed with a one-time fee of $19 per guest, not exceeding 16 guests in total.

The private pool is closed during winter months, from October to April. Pool equipment should not be touched at any time. Pool cleaning occurs weekly. A strict non-smoking policy is enforced both inside and outside the home, with a minimum charge of $250 for odor remediation in case of violation. Trash can lids must be kept closed, and excess trash will need to be taken with you, or a $75 charge will apply for removal. Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID for documentation purposes prior to check-in. Events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
