Pets are welcomed on a case-by-case basis. Open floor plan - the front door opens to the family room, then the dining room then the kitchen and laundry room at the back of the home. The Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are in the rear with the two smaller bedrooms and guest bath up front off of the family room. The Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with carpet (only installed carpet in the house). Hardwood in the main rooms with laminate wood flooring in the three bedrooms. Tile in the two bathrooms. Beds are set up as queen in the master, full beds in the middle bedroom and the front room. Great light and roomy front and back porches. Newish washer, dryer, range, and dishwasher. Wooden privacy fence, Alley access to the rear, and off-street parking in the front for 3 to 4 autos. Medium-sized storage room with outside access for tenant use. There is a TV in the main room and several other TVs that can be used in the bedrooms - all set up to use your own online streaming services with a Google Chromecast on each. 2 Gig Google Fiber is included in the rent. Lawn service and pest control are also included and paid by owner. The utility bill is paid by the owner and the bill is added to the following month's rent. So... renter pays for utilities. The owner will reset the home with a deep cleaning, along with stocking a modest pantry and assorted household sundries.
