Lease Terms & Financials Move-In Date: Available starting September 1st. Lease Duration: 6-month initial term, automatically converting to month-to-month thereafter. Monthly Rent: $4,200 per month. Due Date: Rent is strictly due on the 1st of each month. Late Fees: Considered late after the 3rd. A fee of $50 per day applies for each day rent remains unpaid. Security Deposit: $4,200 due at lease signing. Parking & Utilities Included Utilities: Water and trash are fully covered by the landlord. Tenant Utilities: Tenant is entirely responsible for the electric bill and any desired internet/cable services. Assigned Parking: Includes a private, detached 1-car garage. Permit Parking: Includes 2 permitted unassigned spaces within the complex. Guest Parking: Access to designated complex guest parking spaces is available. Property Rules & Appliances Pet Policy: Cats and Dogs are welcome but must be thoroughly well-trained (strictly potty-trained and no nuisance barking). Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking anywhere inside the unit or garage. Included Appliances: Equipped with an induction stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Cleaning and maintenance: tenants will be responsible for keeping front and back patios clean and watering patio plants once a week. Tenant is responsible for basic upkeep and minor repairs costing under $100, as well as any damage caused by tenant misuse or neglect.
