Renter is responsible for water, electric and internet. Water is usually around $100 and electric is around $150-250 depending on how much the AC or heat is being used. There is no gas. There's a 2 car garage and guest parking about 30 feet from the house when you drive into the community. No smoking in the home. Cats and small dogs allowed (needs to be house trained, no puppies or kittens). Would require a one year lease and then could talk about the possibilities of going month to month after and would require a 30 day notice if wanting to move out. Move in costs would be first month's rent and deposit $2,175. Pet deposit $500 if you have a pet. Yard work is done by the neighbor, he charges $7. If any maintenance issues occur I will be providing my phone number and will be quick in responding and resolving any issues. Background check and Credit check will be required through zillow and will need to provide paystubs to prove income(2.5x rent) and fill out an application if interested before viewing. House is currently occupied with tenants. They will be moving out 07/20/2026. House will be available to move in by 07/25/2026. I am also considering selling if i can't find good tenants. would be asking for $230,000.

In walking distance of dallas mountain view community college and leslie stemmons elementary school. 15-20 minutes from downtown dallas, las colinas, grand prarie, and bishop arts. Dog and cat friendly, but weight limit (will vary based on temperment). Very quiet culdesac and nice neighbors.
