      Terms at 1403 Romo Plz

      Renter is responsible for water, electric and internet. Water is usually around $120 and electric is around $170-320 depending on how much the AC or heat is being used. There is no gas. There's a 2 car garage and guest parking about 30 feet from the house when you drive into the community. No smoking in the home. Cats and small dogs allowed (needs to be house trained, no puppies or kittens). Would require a one year lease and then could talk about the possibilities of going month to month after and would require a 30 day notice if wanting to move out. Move in costs would be first month's rent, last month's rent, and deposit $2,000 and pet deposit $500 if you have a pet. Yard work is done by the neighbor which landlord will pay. If any maintenance issues occur I will be providing my phone number and will be quick in responding and resolving any issues. Background check and Credit check will be required through zillow and will need to provide paystubs to prove income and fill out an application if interested after viewing. House is currently occupied by my mother, brother and 4 animals. Please call or text to set up a showing so animals can be secure. I work nights so for a fast response reach out before 3pm and I will be able to schedule to have my mother or brother show the house if wanting to view.
