Lease terms

HOA Fees paid by the owner. Utilities: Renter is responsible for water, gas, electricity, Internet/cable, and must have renter's insurance during the entire lease term of this property, which is a one-year minimum. Payments Due at Signing: First month's rent and security deposit. Smoking Policy: No smoking allowed on the premises. Security Deposit: At the end of the lease, the security deposit will be returned, less any damages to the property. Lease Term: 1-year minimum. Application Requirements All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete a rental application so the required credit and background check can be completed. Applicants will be asked to provide: A government-issued photo ID Proof of income (such as the last 3 pay stubs or, for self-employed applicants, the first page of the most recent tax return) The last 3 months of bank statements Employment verification (employer contact information or an offer letter if you recently started a new job) Any additional proof of income, if applicable Rental history Additional documentation may be requested as needed during the application review process.
