The place also includes a big TV antenna to get free TV from Terre Haute which helps to cut the cord from cable and satellite if you're into that. The yard is fenced and of a decent size. Dogs are allowed but not certain breeds like pit bulls as it is a problem with our insurance. We also prefer to meet your dog before signing a lease. Cats are not permitted. And puppies are not permitted. Grad students preferred. Sorry, most undergrads will be declined but we will consider responsible undergrads that sign a lease that does not permit parties.
