The recently remodeled open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is bright and welcoming, with brand-new stainless steel appliances, modern finishes, and big windows that pull in the mountain views. The full bathroom features a jetted tub and a steam shower for unwinding after long shifts or full days outside. A convenient half bath serves guests and the main living areas. The home is fully furnished and turnkey kitchenware, linens, towels, and everyday essentials are all in place. Bring your suitcase and your laptop; everything else is here. The Setting The fenced one-acre lot offers genuine outdoor space rare for a furnished rental in the valley. Onsite Caretaker The lower level of the property is a private accessory dwelling unit (ADU) occupied by our quiet, longtime caretaker. The ADU has its own separate entrance, separate driveway, separate yard, and separate laundry your upstairs living space is fully your own. The caretaker handles snow removal, trash, and basic property maintenance, so you don't have to think about those things during your stay. The only shared touchpoint is occasional plant-watering access, which is entirely optional let us know in advance if you'd prefer full privacy and we'll arrange to relocate the plants.
