The Home The 1,996 sq ft main residence offers three bedrooms plus a dedicated office a true workspace with a door that closes, ideal for video calls, focused work, or simply a quiet place to read. The caretaker handles snow removal, trash, and basic property maintenance, so you don't have to think about those things during your stay. The only shared touchpoint is occasional plant-watering access, which is entirely optional let us know in advance if you'd prefer full privacy and we'll arrange to relocate the plants. Many of our tenants find the onsite presence reassuring, particularly for longer assignments and for solo travelers working irregular hours. The Location You're 10 minutes from Valley View Hospital, 7 minutes from historic downtown Glenwood Springs and the world-famous Hot Springs Pool, and minutes from City Market, restaurants, and I-70 access. The new Highway 6 bike path connects West Glenwood to downtown, the Rio Grande Trail to Aspen, and the spectacular Glenwood Canyon Recreation Path. Sunlight Mountain ski area is 20 minutes south; Aspen and Snowmass are about an hour. RFTA bus service connects you up-valley to Aspen and down-valley to Rifle, with the West Glenwood Park & Ride about a mile away.
