The Emigrant Trail is right in your backyard, and you will also have access to the private beach at Donner Lake, only a 10-minute drive away. Downtown Truckee is just 10 minutes away, and Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, and Sugar Bowl are all within 20 minutes, making this an ideal place for skiing, snowshoeing, and mountain adventures. Free town shuttle rides are available if you prefer not to drive. The home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features 3 bedrooms: 2 bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an office.
