Lease terms

Owner pays for all utilities except lights/electric. Renters must maintain apartment, keep it clean including appliances (stove & refrig). Renters supply A/C. Tenant's responsibility is to maintain apartment that includes plumbing. Plumbing issues caused by the tenant and any broken items is borne by the tenant. Renters pays for all broken items caused by tenant(s) and guest(s) including plumbing, electrical, stove, refrigerator, blinds, floors, etc. 12 Month Lease term rent $1100 monthly. No smoking allowed in apartment. Off street parking. Guest park on street. Renter's insurance required approx. $10-$13 monthly. No pets. Application fee $75 per person 18 and up & security deposit $2200 required once view apartment, and accept terms and conditions. All Applicants are prequalified prior to viewing the apartment over phone. Basic questions are asked (Residence History . Income. Employment) and etc. Once the application is completed and AS part of the application process we visit where you stay, there are no exceptions.
