Lease terms

Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including water, gas, electric, and trash. Tenant is also responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal. Pets are welcome! Pet rent is $50/month for the first pet; each additional pet is $20/month (e.g., 2 pets = $70/mo, 3 pets = $90/mo). A refundable pet deposit may be required. Aggressive breeds are subject to approval. Section 8 / Housing Choice Voucher accepted. No smoking on the premises (including inside the home, garage, and yard). A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at signing. First month's rent is due upon move-in. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. Landlord reserves the right to conduct periodic property inspections with proper advance notice as required by law.
