Rental Policies & Requirements A refundable security deposit of $1,300 is required. The deposit will be returned at the end of the lease term, provided the home is returned in its original condition, normal wear and tear excepted. This property is located in a gated community. For the safety of all residents, fireworks are not permitted. Pools are not allowed on the property. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the yard and keeping the property clean and presentable. While the community's maintenance team regularly cuts the grass, residents are expected to keep up with the overall appearance of the property. The backyard includes a mature pecan tree that produces pecans during the fall season. The lease term is 12 months (1 year). Applications submitted through Zillow do not replace our personal screening process. A $25 background check fee is required for each adult applicant (18 years of age or older). A minimum credit score of 500 is recommended for approval. Applicants should have a clean criminal background, as this is a family-oriented gated community focused on providing a safe living environment for all residents.
