Pets allowed with approval. - Max 2 pets - $35/mo pet rent per pet - $300 refundable pet deposit per pet - Breed and size restrictions may apply. Minimum Requirements: Applicants must have verifiable gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, including military income, housing allowances, guarantors, or other verified income sources. Applicants must provide proof of income, such as the last 30 days of pay statements, LES, offer letter, benefit statement, bank statements, or other acceptable documentation. Minimum credit score is 600. Credit history, debt, collections, and overall financial responsibility may be considered. No prior evictions. Applicants must have acceptable rental history, no unpaid balances owed to prior landlords, and positive or verifiable landlord references. Criminal background will be reviewed based on the nature, severity, recency, and relevance of any offenses. A credit check, criminal background check, employment/income verification, and rental history verification will be completed for all applicants 18 or older. False, incomplete, or unverifiable information may result in denial.
