Location is terrific. This unit is within walking distance of the ocean. There is grocery store, bus, ice cream place (best snow ice in Maui!!) nearby. This is a community which is patrolled by security. There are all ages.There is garden area out back with picket fence on rear and side of rear. There is place to store your surfboard. The interior has nice touches mirror wall, updated bathroom. We are the second owners of this unit and have owned over 25 years. Our daughter and her family initially lived in this unit. Tenant pays electricity, security system. Water, garbage, HOA, taxes are landlord's responsibility. Wifi is available to tenant. There is pest control by the HOA. Assigned parking space is nearby unit. We just obtained possession back from former tenant. We are painting, removing the bubble ceiling and making some additional minor improvements. We have no smoking policy. As long as the HOA allows, we permit size and number of pets. We love dogs.

Great location!. Across the street is the ocean. Bus stop across the street. Walk to farmer's market, grocery store and best shaved ice on Maui!… 2 full baths. 2 bedrooms. Downstair's unit. This is not only about the Lanai or storing your surfboard or enjoying a backyard. Ground floor units are easier to get in and out and don't have the hotter sun beating down into the unit. Bedrooms are carpeted. Tile floors. A/C. Regular kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer included. Small pets are welcome. Allocated parking space and public parking. HOA maintains with security guards patroling. Water, wifi, and garbage included. We are repainting and in the process of giving facelift. This is a choice unit.
