Tenant pays electricity, security system. Water, garbage, HOA, taxes are landlord's responsibility. Wifi is available to tenant. There is pest control by the HOA. There is assigned parking space which is nearby unit. There is garden area out back with picket fence on rear and side of rear. There is place to store your surfboard. Location is terrific. Across from ocean. There is grocery store, bus, ice cream place (best snow ice in Maui!!) nearby. This is a community which is patrolled by security. There are all ages. Present tenant is still occupying so we need to make appointment. There is a lot of flexibility on view times. We just need time to schedule. We have no smoking policy and prefer no water beds. If you want water bed, we need larger security deposit. There can be more than one pet. We will permit so long as the HOA allows. The interior has nice touches mirror wall, updated bathroom.

About the building
Kihei Villages is very desirable. There is easy access to ocean, to main road, to bus.… People rent for many years because of stability and desirability. We have owned units in Kihei Village for up to 30 years. We fell in love with Kihei and still plan to retire here. Our daughter and her family lived first in this unit. There are some wonderful beaches which have lifeguards not far. Kam 1 and 2 (Kamole) are beaches we took our kids and grand kids to boogie board and learn to surf. There are many places to scuba dive all the way to Makenna Beach. You can just walk out to the ocean. There is a wreck dive and you are not far from Molokini which is a drift dive. You can travel a short time upcountry. There is a massage school there to enjoy for local rates. Plainly, there is golf and other activities nearby.
