Country living 12 miles outside of Boerne town. Home is over 2200 square feet and sits on 11 rocky acres of land. Enjoy sitting on the front porch that enters into the main living area. The primary bedroom is off the living area and is a very large room. Two full baths are located in the primary bedroom. One has a garden tub and the other a stand up shower. The walk through closet is amazing and links the two bathrooms. The kitchen is also very big and has an overabundance of cabinets for plenty of storage. All appliances are included in the kitchen. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the kitchen off the formal dining area. A herd of sheep live on the land and are visited by a care giver every 10 days for maintenance. Owner visits twice annually for access to stored vehicles in the garage. Residents will be notified os visits. Property management lives in the near vicinity but follows a very strict privacy policy that allows for peace of living. Absolutely NO PETS! No exceptions. Sheep have been attacked and pets make them nervous. Great house, Great location, Great living!

The sheep on the property are maintained every 10 days by a care giver who is responsible for feed, water and starting cars for Owner who also visits once or twice a year to access his automobile stored in the garage. Property sits on 11 acres. Very serene setting. Can grow garden, feed deer and birds. No burning or shooting allowed. Home is large with over 2200 square feet. Prior rental history and good credit required. Unfortunately absolutely no pets as the sheep have been attacked by predators in the past and scare easily.
