Dog & kid friendly Fully fenced backyard Kids playroom + ping pong room Garage 2 outdoor spaces/decks WiFi + workspace Fully stocked kitchen Smart TVs Close to healthcare, industry, and much more Rules/Important Notes: No smoking or vaping indoors Fireplaces/wood stoves are not available for guest use The thermostat (central unit) controls heat and cooling for the upstairs The downstairs is heated with baseboard heaters. These get HOT - please do not touch them or put anything on them/directly in front of them (linens, towels , suitcases , etc) There is no air condition in the lower level, and we've never needed it. It stays nice and cool! We will provide a fan for extra comfort
