This location is 1.75 hours north of Manchester, NH, and 2.5 hours from Boston.
Strict quiet hours are observed after 10 PM. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior. Guests violating this rule may be fined and/or removed by local authorities without refund. No smoking or open flames are allowed inside the home. Please remove shoes upon entering the home and store ski or boarding equipment in the closets in the breezeway/garage entrance. No parties, special events, or guests not on the original reservation are allowed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Leave exterior doors and windows closed at all times to prevent bugs from entering the home and conserve heat in winter. Please be mindful of conserving energy and never set the temperature below 60F to prevent frozen pipes. One pet is allowed for a $75 pet fee. Any unauthorized or additional pets are subject to a $150 pet fee (2 pets max). Outdoor quiet hours are after 10 PM. Please use the on-site dumpster to dispose of your trash; any excess trash removal required will incur a $75 trash removal fee. Any violation of house rules will be subject to immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Smoking inside the apartment incurs a $250 USD fee. Damaged and missing items will be charged the original cost of the item plus a 30% replacement management fee. An unauthorized party or special event with more than 15 guests will incur a $1000 USD fee.
