Strict quiet hours are enforced after 10 PM, with no tolerance for parties or loud disturbances. Violations may lead to eviction without a refund due to city ordinances. Please remove shoes upon entering and store ski or boarding equipment in the closets in the breezeway/garage entrance. No parties, special events, or unregistered guests are allowed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Leave exterior doors and windows closed to prevent bugs and conserve heat. Guests must pay any fines or violations issued by the city for outdoor quiet hours after 10 PM. Use the on-site dumpster for trash disposal; excess trash removal will incur a $75 fee. Any violation of house rules will be subject to immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
