Relax in the bright, airy living room with an L-shaped striped sofa, glass coffee table, and brick fireplace. Enjoy entertainment in the game room and theater room. Driveway parking is available. Some amenities, such as a Pack 'n Play, are available upon request. Please let us know in advance if you need them. Nestled on Lake Barkley's tranquil shore, this lakeside retreat blends modern comfort with nature. Enjoy private dock access, forested views, and sunrises over the water. It's an ideal location for kayaking, fishing, or quiet evenings by the fire with panoramic sunset vistas, with easy drives to local cafes and nearby trails. No smoking is permitted. No parties are allowed. Guests must be 18 years of age with the exception of children accompanied by their parents. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur fees starting at $60. A starter supply of paper goods and household necessities is provided, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner, body soap, and clothing storage. Guests are responsible for bringing their personal toiletries like toothpaste and deodorant, and for replenishing supplies after the starter kit is depleted. All amenities, including outdoor furniture and Wi-Fi, are inspected prior to check-in, but their working condition during stays cannot be guaranteed. Guests are advised to travel and stay at their own discretion. Rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of the platform's extenuating circumstances policy are not offered. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
