Lease terms

Available: September 1, 2026 12-month lease preferred. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and routine lawn/yard maintenance. Renters insurance required for the duration of the lease. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval. Applicable pet fees and/or monthly pet rent will be determined based on the approved pet(s). Assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable law. All occupants 18 years or older must be disclosed and complete the required application/screening process. Occupancy is limited to approved residents and guests in accordance with the lease. Tenant is expected to maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly report leaks, water intrusion, HVAC issues, plumbing problems, or other conditions that could cause additional damage if left unreported. Property condition will be documented at move-in. Tenant is responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear as provided by the lease and applicable law. Security deposit and final lease terms are subject to approved application and applicable law. No unauthorized pets, alterations, painting, fixtures, or modifications without prior written approval. Owner is also open to selling the property. Owner-financing options may be available to qualified buyers. Cash or outside financing also welcome. Ask for details.
